| SUNDAY SCHOOL NEWS Sunday School classes begin Sunday, Sept. 12th. We are looking forward to a new, rewarding year of growing, learning, and sharing together! We start this new school year out with Rally Day on August 29th! Next months article will have more on that. We have a couple new teachers this year that we are very excited about! We warmly welcome Mrs. Jillian Harp and Mr. Dale Rankin! Yay! Teachers this year are: Deb Martin ~ Preschool & Kindg. Karen Mathesius ~ 1st – 3rd Jillian Harp & Dale Rankin ~ 4th & 5th Rita Novak & Bill Eckles ~ Jr. High (6th – 8th) Our Substitutes this year are: Tina Saylor, Dawn Rogers, and Kelly Keller Our Sunday School class time will run from 10:15 – 11:00. We will have music (hopefully!!) from 10:15-10:25,then the kids will go to their respective classrooms and will attend class from 10:30-11:00. Please remind your child they need to be upstairs by 10:15. We know how fun it is to “hang out” and eat in the fellowship room; But, it is important to be on time for class too. We will continue with our 2nd Sunday of the Month Group Class this year. Jesus asks us to spend our days learning & serving, giving & praying, worshipping with others, and inviting & encouraging friends along the way! Please encourage your kids to bring a friend to Sunday School this year. Thank you to all who help support Our Church’s Sunday School program throughout the year! Children are an integral part of our church family. They are the future of our church
and we are blessed with a vibrant group of kids. The spirit and vitality that the youth
bring to our church is truly a gift for us all.
Our Sunday School leaders consist of committed Christians who love Jesus Christ and
love children and are dedicated to passing His love on through Bible instruction,
relationship building, and nurturing.

programs, events, and traditions.

Holy Communion is celebrated the 2nd Sunday of each month. We have an acolyte program in which the children serve approximately once a month. |

- Classes are on Sundays from 10:15 - 11:00 and include music
time. You may drop your child off as early as 10:00am.
